WHAT TO EXPECT ON DEC. 15:
ANGEL TREE PROGRAM 2024
This Christmas, we're giving back to kiddos in our church and around the Metroplex through our very own City Chapel "Angel Tree" program!

If you or someone you know is in need this Christmas for gifts for their children, please submit the child's name and fill out the rest of the form below.
Make sure you invite this child to A City Chapel Christmas on Sunday, Dec. 15 for a special service in City Kids (ages 5-12), pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, as well as hot cocoa, coffee and treats for the whole family! There will also be a private time at the end to give each child their gifts. (NOTE: All personal information will be kept confidential)!

We can't wait to celebrate with each of you and see all the shining faces of kids in our city this Christmas! Thanks for partnering with us, church!
